Aquatic Park Science & Rowing

Applications Open for 2024-25 School Year

Overview

Conduct water quality tests, analyze data, count and identify species along the rocky intertidal zone, make connections to history in Aquatic Park, and learn to row as a team in our longboat, Cutter J. Our programs are tailored to the group’s size and needs, ensuring a personalized and engaging learning experience. Half of the time is spent on the water, weather permitting, and half of the time in the classroom.

The AQP Science program meets the State Standards requirements for the Fifth through Seventh Grade curricula including Ocean Literacy Principals.
