The Triangle at Historic Pier 45 is an industrial-chic triangular shaped venue, conveniently located in the heart of San Francisco’s iconic Fisherman’s Wharf. The Triangle offers a spectacular waterfront venue with world-class views, perfect for cocktail parties, seated dinners, corporate events, weddings, bar/bat mitzvah receptions, lectures, book signings, meetings, and most any other event you can imagine.
The 2400-square-foot indoor space has an industrial feel, with 20-foot ceilings, and is ideal for hosting all types of special events. Walls of windows provide views of the bay, Alcatraz, Coit Tower, and Fisherman’s Wharf.
Nearby attractions include the Musée Méchanique, the SkyStar Ferris Wheel, Madam Tussaud’s Wax Museum, Pier 39, and plentiful hotel accommodations for your out-of-town guests.
The building sits directly on the waterfront and the 5000+ square-foot outdoor pier apron can also be rented to create unique indoor/outdoor events. In addition, the USS Pampanito can be included, on a case-by-case basis, in a complete rental package, making this venue truly one of a kind.
The Triangle is located in a historic, repurposed World War II concrete, steel, and glass building on Pier 45. It was used for troop embarkation during the war and is historically significant as San Francisco played a critically important role in the Unites State’s stunning victory in the Pacific Theater.
Today, The Triangle doubles as a daytime visitor’s center and museum for the restored World War II submarine, the USS Pampanito, berthed at Historic Pier 45. The submarine is a National Historic Landmark and is owned and operated by the San Francisco Maritime National Park Association.
San Francisco Maritime National Park Association is a 501(c)3 charitable non-profit organization. dedicated to maritime preservation and education to enhance public understanding, appreciation, and enjoyment of our national maritime heritage. Event rental proceeds go to support our many education programs for school children of the Bay Area
