Education

We love bringing maritime history to life, and one of our favorite ways to do so is aboard the beautifully preserved ships of the San Francisco Maritime National Park and aboard the USS Pampanito. Our program offerings are varied and diverse–with something fun and educational for everyone! These programs include immersive living history programs–in costume and character–on the Historic Ships, hands-on STEM and rowing classes, day and overnight programs aboard the WWII submarine USS Pampanito, and Youth Boat Building classes. During the summer we run our very popular Maritime Summer Camp, too, where we teach rowing and sailing on the bay every day. Come join the fun!
