Note partial revetment and wooden fence. The two buildings above and to the right are hangars. The long building directly above is probably also for storage. (3) This sod covered shelter is the explosive storage facility for this seaplane base. The other buildings are hangars and shops. (4) Earth-sod - vegetation covered shelter for explosive or highly inflammable stores. Note road leading into the structure. The function of the small, rectangular concrete building near the entrance is not known. 11
