UNDERGROUND STORAGE
WAKE
SAND-COVERED MAGAZINE This type housing for explosive stores is common in areas where an abundance of loose surface material is available for such covering. An empty storage ditch is present nearby.

NAURU
UNDERGROUND STORAGE IN CAVES CUT INTO HILLSIDE. Dote vehicle tracks leading into one such installation. This is probably fuel or ammunition storage. Several fuel stacks are present near the entrances to these tunnels.

KISKA
BURIED SUPPLY DUMP ON A 'BAY MOUTH' BAR AT KISKA. This type of dump must contain some type of non perishable material because of the low, wet condition of the bar (probably fuel drums). Such dumps are easily detected in stereo by their rounded, mound-like appearance.
